Purchase, explanation of products with customers.
10h00 Return to Viewpoint kitchen, starting of class.                                                                         Participation of customers in preparation and cooking of their lunch.
Distribution of cooking book and aprons
12h00 Aperitif offered in the kitchen (a glass of Red Mountain Sauvignon Blanc, local wine from Inle region.)
12h15 Lunch at Viewpoint open balcony.
Guests would enjoy eating their own preparation.
